Ditch the cardio marathons. Instead:

  • Do strength training 3x/week

  • Focus on progressive overload

  • Walk daily

  • Skip workouts if you’re not recovered—this is healing, not hustle

3. Support Your Liver

Your liver is your hormone filtration system. Help it detox leftover synthetic hormones:

  • Drink lemon water

  • Eat cruciferous veggies

  • Add in dandelion or milk thistle tea

4. Regulate Your Nervous System

When your body feels safe, it lets go. Try:

  • Breathwork

  • Gentle yoga

  • Nervous system regulation tools (like cold exposure, vagus nerve work, EFT tapping)

5. Track Your Cycle

If your period is MIA, irregular, or strange—your hormones are still off. Track your cycle (even if it’s wonky) and use it as a signal of healing progress.
